Essenzuschuss, vergünstigte Sportangebote, Sprachkurse, Massagen, Spotify, uvm.) * Möglichkeit zum Erwerb unserer exklusiven Fashion und Beauty Produkte zu bevorzugten Konditionen * Für diese Position ist ein KV-Mindestgehalt von EUR 2.800.-- brutto je Monat für 38,5 Wochenstunden vorgesehen, Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation IHRE MISSION: * Mitarbeit bei der Empfehlung, Definition und Umsetzung der Lancierungsstrategien von neuen Produkten in Zusammenarbeit mit Trademarketing, Media, dem Vertrieb und der Trainingsabteilung * Kampagnenorchestrierung ausgewählter Produktkategorien * Mitverantwortung über die POS Visibilität, Forecasts und Monitoring * Erstellung von Performance-Analysen, Produktpräsentationen, Planogrammen & Deko-Briefings * Eventmanagement bei internen Konferenzen * Beobachtung von Aktivitäten aller Mitbewerber sowie Erstellung von Marktanalysen IHRE EXPERTISE: * Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing * Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement/Marketing * Luxusaffinität gepaart mit einer hohen Leidenschaft für Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance * Lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten * Flexibilität, Umsetzungsstärke und Eigeninitiative * Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke * Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert Wir freuen uns auf Ihre vollständigen Bewerbungsunterlagen, zHd.
