Subway Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
  • Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
  • Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Train team (employees) in business standards and policies

SALARY

Package Salary $72,475 ($65,000 + 11.5% Super)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)
  • Positive, energetic and hardworking
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Flexibility with working hours (note: at least 1 morning shift, 1 night shift, and 1 weekend shift is a must)
  • Team building ability
  • Ability to work under pressure

MUST HAVE

  • Proof of Australian Citizenship / Permanent Resident
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • National Police Check - certificate
  • Food safety supervisor training certificate
