Unser Payroll Team ist im Bereich Group Finance Services angesiedelt und ist für die Abrechnung der rund 6.000 Dienstnehmer:innen, Expats sowie Pensionist:innen der RBI Gruppe in Österreich verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie wickeln selbständig die Gehaltsverrechnung für die ihnen zugeordneten Bereiche bzw. Unternehmen ab und beraten bei abgabenrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt mit diversen Behörden und sind für die Korrektheit der außerbetrieblichen Abrechnung sowie des Meldewesens verantwortlich
  • Sie kooperieren eng mit anderen Teams in Finance sowie People Culture & Organisation
  • Sie arbeiten an der laufenden Abstimmung diverser interner Verrechnungskonten gemeinsam mit unserem Accounting Team
  • Sie unterstützen die Jahresabschlussaktivitäten (Bildung diverser Rückstellungen für Personalaufwendungen, Auswertungen für den Bilanzanhang, etc.)
  • Darüber hinaus dürfen Sie aktiv an der neuen Gestaltung unserer Prozess mit designen und ihren persönlichen Erfahrungen mit einbringen.
  • Positiv absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung
  • Vertiefung im Arbeitsrecht
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung
  • Profundes Knowhow im österreichischen Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • SAP SF EC-Payroll oder SAP HCM Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, genaue Arbeitsweise sowie kunden- und serviceorientierte Einstellung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
