Ihre Aufgaben * Ein Teil Ihres Aufgabengebietes umfasst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Beschaffungsstrategien (Bspw.: Fuhrpark, Werkzeuge, Energie) * Sie sind für die Auswahl und Aufbau der Lieferanten sowie für ein professionelles Lieferantenmanagement zuständig * Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA im indirekten Einkauf mit * Die Analyse und Ableitung von Kostensenkungsinitiativen für die Kostenreduktion fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich * Sie koordinieren und führen Ausschreibungs- und Verhandlungsverfahren mit potenziellen neuen Lieferanten Unsere Erwartungen * Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung * Sie können mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position vorweisen * Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Ihr freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, Flexibilität sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Lernbereitschaft zeichnen Sie aus * Die nationale und internationale Kommunikation ist aufgrund Ihrer sehr guten Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse kein Problem Wir bieten * Eine langfristige und sichere Perspektive in einem erfolgreichen Traditionsunternehmen * Eine hochwertige IT-Ausstattung und ein kollegiales Umfeld * Die Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice sowie eine flexible Arbeitszeit * Diverse Benefits wie vergünstigte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aufmerksamkeiten zu Firmenjubiläen, Weiterbildungen und vieles mehr * Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position liegt bei mind.
