Professional Office Based Account Manager Card Sales AT (all genders)
  • Proactive management and expansion of own Austrian OMV Card customer portfolio in assigned territory of responsibility.
  • Acquisition of new B2B customers via telephone and incoming web-leads.
  • Closing contracts with new customers, using CRM and all other relevant tools for maintenance of customer data, opportunities and contracts.
  • Handling of customer complaints and requests and their timely and efficient resolution.
  • Develop and organize an efficient sales process through traditional and digital sales funnels.
  • Identify and analyze the target customer segment and include an ongoing analysis of the main competitors into the development of an own sales strategy.
  • Responsibility for growing coorperations.
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and payment reminders in accordance with the company's guidelines for credit risk management.
  • Cooperation with the sales department, financial department, credit risk department and customer support department.
  • Helping with different internal and external projects, events and marketing activities etc.
Your profile
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Candidates with relevant experiences in call center and/or dealing with fuel or credit cards will have priority.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong client orientation and sales skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • If you are fresh from University a Masters Degreein Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or similar area is required.
