Location: Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Remote work across Germany possible)

Thisclient is an exciting, family-owned business with a strong presence across Europe. They are currently looking to expand their sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ocean and air freight sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in ocean or air freight.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development management, or key account management.
  • Fluency in German (mandatory) and proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
