Für unseren Kunden im Raum Deutschlandsberg suchen wir zum ehestmöglichen Eintrittsdatum einen Projektleiter Produktverifizierung und Validierung / Testmanager (m/w/d)

Anforderungen
- Selbstständige Entwicklung von Testplänen und -fällen auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen und internen Anforderungen
- Planung und Steuerung der Test-, Verifikations
- und Validierungsaktivitäten
- Laufende Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und relevanten Schnittstellen (Kunde, externe Dienstleister)
- Koordination und Steuerung der Arbeitspakete mit dem Team (Test Analysts & Test Engineers)
- Fortschritt
- und Kostenverfolgung der Test
- und Validierungsaktivitäten inkl. Berichterstattung im Gesamtprojekt (Steering Comitee)

Aufgabengebiet
- FH, TU - Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, oder ähnliches
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt
- Teilprojektmanagement erwünscht
- Selbstständige, systematische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise (Terminplanung, Fortschritts Monitoring)
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Führung des Test Teams)
- Proaktives Auftreten gegenüber internen als auch externen Partnern
- Disziplinübergreifendes Verständnis (Elektrik (Hoch Volt), Mechanik, Elektronik, Software, Zelltechnologie)
- Kenntnisse des Automotive V-Modells im speziellen an die Validierungsprozesse von Vorteil
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung im Bereich Batteriesysteme, Antriebs
- und Fahrzeugtechnik von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse erwünscht

Einstufung und Gehalt werden auf Grundlage Ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Kompetenz leistungsgerecht vereinbart. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das Monatsbruttogehalt bei mindestens € 3.550;
- liegt. Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung wird geboten.
