That's Amore Cheese is seeking a dedicated Digital Transformation Manager to establish and manage our IT systems, processes, lead our digital transformation efforts, streamline operations and drive innovation across our organisation. This is an exciting, brand-new role designed for someone who's ready to make an immediate impact.

The Role
As our Digital Transformation Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects, identifying areas for process optimisation and technological improvements
- Act as the first point of contact with third party IT service providers, on behalf of internal staff of That's Amore Cheese for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a high standard of IT performance across the organisation
- Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and services are delivered effectively
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT hardware, software, and services
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies (AI tools, ERP systems, etc.) to enhance business efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, assess, and improve current workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Design and implement IT and IS policies and procedures to ensure system security, data integrity, and business continuity
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new processes and technologies
- Provide training and support to staff on technology tools and best practices
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across departments by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and process streamlining within an IT environment
- Strong understanding of modern IT systems, cloud technologies, AI/automation tools, and enterprise software
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and driving measurable operational efficiencies
- Ability to manage and maintain effective relationships with third-party IT service providers and other stakeholders within the business
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
