We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team at Dry Creek. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee all distribution activities within South Australia, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective loading and delivery of products.

Purpose of the Role
  1. Lead and coach team members and distributors, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  2. Direct and manage loading and delivery performance to meet service level times and budget requirements
  3. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  4. Maintain up-to-date driver rosters and truck schedules, maximising truck utilization
  5. Support customer service by addressing complaints and ensuring timely communication regarding deliveries
  6. Ensure adherence to food safety, legality, and quality requirements
  7. Manage day-to-day scheduling of the linehaul network and liaise with 3PL providers
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 2+ years in a similar role within transport & logistics (FMCG food industry desirable)
  2. SAP or systems experience with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  3. Chain of Responsibility (COR) training & knowledge
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  5. Understanding of GMP principles and safe work policies
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
