Gorilla Cars is a busy established used car yard in Brisbane. We are a family run business selling quality used cars to the general public. We have earned a reputation for exceptional customer service, industry high reviews, competitive prices and unmatched quality of our cars. Our company slogan is 'no monkey business' - we are serious about cars but have an excellent workplace culture (we love a good joke).
The dealership is currently looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our ever-growing, close knit team. We are looking for a team member to lead accounts and office administration tasks. We have a collaborative, supportive office environment and this is a highly regarded role within the company.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Filing, stocktake and office supplies
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and process payroll
- Lead QLD Transport paperwork (registrations, transfers, acquisitions)
- Support our Sales and Finance team
- Maintain a positive and professional office environment
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have strong verbal, written and phone communication skills
- Proven experience in accounts management or bookkeeping highly regarded
- Previous experience within automotive sector highly regarded
- Proficient in computer and office management tools
