About the software:
Our product is a SaaS B2B platform that supports companies on their entire sustainability journey, with a focus on the one thing that will help our planet: Reducing emissions. And yes, we also use AI to do so.

Tasks
  • Du fungierst als primäre Schnittstelle zwischen Interessengruppen, Kunden, Ingenieuren und Datenwissenschaftlern und bist für die Produktentwicklung eines Bereichs innerhalb unserer Klimazentrale verantwortlich.
  • Führe den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus durch, von der Erfassung der Kundenstimmen über die Anforderungsanalyse bis hin zur Konzeptualisierung, Priorisierung, Softwareentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team.
  • Arbeite als Teil einer Gruppe von Produktverantwortlichen, um eine gemeinsame Produktvision zu verwirklichen, komplexe technische Konzepte in eine geschäftsfreundliche Sprache zu übersetzen und die Beteiligten auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CTO (Florian), unserem Product Lead (Lea) und unserem Sustainability Lead (Yacin) bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in neue Konzepte.
Wie wir arbeiten:
  • Tägliche und wöchentliche Abstimmungs- und Konzeptionssitzungen innerhalb des Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams.
  • Wöchentliches Stakeholder-Meeting, bei dem eine gemeinsame Produkt-Roadmap mit verschiedenen Flight-Levels diskutiert und Kunden-Feedback eingeholt wird.
  • Arbeit in einem branchenüblichen SCRUM-Prozess (täglich, Verfeinerung, Planung, Überprüfung, Nachbearbeitung) mit zweiwöchigen Sprints in einem funktionsübergreifenden Ingenieurteam.
Requirements
  • Du lebst in der EU (CET ±3) und hast eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis.
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement.
  • MUSS: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, präzise Sprache.
  • MUSS: Kenntnisse und/oder Arbeitserfahrung mit EU-Vorschriften (CSRD, EU-Taxonomie, GHG-Protokoll) oder Product Lifecycle Assessments (P-LCA).
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer agilen Methode (SCRUM oder Kanban).
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit gängigen Produktmanagement- und Priorisierungs-Frameworks.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs-, Wireframing-, Aufgabenmanagement-, Dokumentations- und Konzeptionswerkzeugen wie Figma / Figjam und JIRA o.ä.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, agile Denkweise und geschäftsorientiertes Handeln.
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Produkte oder Dienstleistungen erfolgreich auf den Markt gebracht und besitzt die Fähigkeit, mit Komplexität umzugehen und sie für andere zu vereinfachen.
  • Du engagierst dich leidenschaftlich im Kampf gegen die Klimakrise und schaffst kundenorientierte Lösungen, die einen echten Mehrwert bieten.
  • Plus: Hochschulabschluss in Informatik (Bachelor, Master oder Dr.).
  • Plus: Erfahrung in einem Früh-Phasen oder Growth-Stage Startup.
