**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Im Rahmen der
**Entwicklungsphase von neuen Produkten** (Automotive, Lighting, etc.) technische Planung der Projekte, Terminkoordination, Kostenüberwachung und interne Koordination mit den Supportabteilungen
- Verantwortung über alle anfallenden Themen und Aufgaben im Projekt für die gesamte
**Industrialisierung**
- **Enge Zusammenarbeit** mit den Entwicklungsabteilungen, Prüf
- und Prozesstechnik im Rahmen des Musterbaus, sowie in Bezug auf Beschaffung der dafür notwendigen Anlagen
- Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Logistik zur Sicherstellung der
**Materialverfügbarkeit **im Projekt
- Koordination der
**Musterfertigungen** im Projekt mit Produktionsplanung, Logistik und Technik
- Laufende
**Projektabstimmung** mit dem Kunden (Termine, Projektablauf, etc.)
- Nach Freigabe des Kunden: Übergabe des fertig entwickelten Produkts an die Produktion
**Serienfertigung**)
- Verantwortung über Einhaltung der internen und externen
**Qualitätsziele **im Projekt (first pass yield, ppm)
- Laufendes **Projekt Reporting** (Kosten, Termine, Qualität; Probleme, etc.) an das oberste Management

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene HTL-Ausbildung (Elektronik/Mechatronik/Fertigungstechnik/Maschinenbau oder ähnliches)
- Mehrjährige
**Erfahrung** in der Projektabwicklung
- Erfahrungen in der
**Elektronik
- und Automotivebranche** von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im
**Projektgeschäft** (Terminplanung und interne Koordination)
- Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten und
**Teamfähigkeit**- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Eigeninitiative
- Solide
**IT-Kenntnisse** (MS-Office, SAP wünschenswert)
- Praxiserprobte
**Englischkenntnisse **in Wort und Schrift

Das **Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt mindestens € 40.000,-**. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist die Bereitschaft einer deutlichen Überbezahlung gegeben.
