Role OverviewLady Luck Games is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within the B2B gaming sector. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with market demands.
- Proposal Development:
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and the creative team to align client requirements with company offerings.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to influence product development and strategy.
- Revenue Growth and KPIs:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to new client acquisition, revenue generation, and partnership expansions.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably within the B2B online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the online gaming ecosystem, including platforms, operators, and key market trends.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Pro-active can-do attitude. Motivated, resilient, able to work at pace to respond to the constantly evolving requirements of projects and the tenacity to respond to unexpected challenges, calm under pressure and promotes positivity.
