  • Gesamtverantwortung für eines unserer Verkaufshäuser
  • Umsatzverantwortung, somit laufende Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und damit verbundenen Parametern zur Evaluierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten des Umsatzes
  • Verantwortung für das Mitarbeiter Recruiting, die Führung und Motivation des Verkaufsteams sowie für die Förderung von Nachwuchspotential
  • Koordination der Bereiche interne Logistik, Dekoration und Kassenverwaltung
  • Einhaltung der Firmenstandards hinsichtlich Verkauf und Kundenservice
  • EDV-gestützte Sortimentskontrolle/-analyse und Warenbewirtschaftung in Kontakt mit dem Zentraleinkauf
  • Verkaufsfördernder Flächenaufbau sowie optimale Warenpräsentation durch interne Visual Merchandising Vorgaben
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, idealerweise im "Fashion Retail" oder einer anderen Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Begeisterung für Mode & Lifestyle
  • Durchsetzungsstarke, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit stark ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten

Wir bieten Dir für die Position als General Sales Manager (m/w/d) ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttojahresgehalt von 61.200 EUR/Jahr (Kollektivvertrag für Handelsangestellte) zuzüglich variabler Gehaltsanteile; eine Überzahlung ist je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
