What the job involves
  • At tem., data is at the heart of our product RED (Renewable Energy Direct), driving all the key decisions and processes.
  • Engage with the whole of tem. to clarify their data needs, translating these into well-defined analytics requests.
  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards that present complex data as compelling visual stories, enabling stakeholders to easily understand and act on insights.
  • Dive into diverse datasets, uncovering trends, identifying root causes, and generating insights that directly influence decision-making and drive growth.
  • Use SQL and dbt to transform raw data into structured, analytics-ready datasets that accurately reflect business rules and priorities.
  • Push for better processes, tools, and data strategies, ensuring that our analytics capabilities evolve alongside the business’s changing needs.
  • You will join our rockstar analytics engineer as our second analytics hire and help shape the future of analytics at tem.
