Local IT Support Analyst

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all IT inquiries, focusing on Microsoft 365, firm-specific software, PC hardware, networking basics, mobile devices (iOS), and technical support for video conferencing and presentation systems
  • Install new hardware and software, manage existing applications, and oversee LAN support
  • Analyze and address errors, providing solutions
  • Deliver user training and contribute to IT projects in collaboration with the team in Germany
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process in coordination with HR and Office Management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical education background with knowledge of networking
  • Experience in IT support and ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Solution-oriented, responsible, and a team player
  • Comfortable in an international environment, fluent in German and English
  • Open to occasional travel to Germany and Slovakia
  • Individuals with a strong IT interest are encouraged to apply
