Local IT Support Analyst

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be the main point of contact for all IT inquiries, focusing on: Microsoft 365, law-specific software (e.g., Document Management System), PC hardware, multifunction devices, basic network technology (patching), mobile devices (iOS), and technical support for video conferencing and presentation systemsYou will also be responsible for installing new hardware and software, managing existing applications, and overseeing the LANYour expertise will involve analyzing and resolving errors, as well as developing solutionsYou will gladly share your knowledge through user training and contribute to IT projects in collaboration with the team in GermanyYou will support the onboarding/offboarding process (equipment issuance/return, hardware setup, etc.) in conjunction with HR and Office Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have completed a technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, university) and possess basic knowledge of network technologyAdditionally, you ideally have experience in IT support and ticketing systems (preferably Service Now) and are passionate about the above tasksWorking with Windows and Microsoft 365 is second nature to youYou stand out with your solution-oriented and service-minded approach, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skillsYou thrive in an international environment and are proficient in German (C1) and English (B2)You are open to occasional travel (to Germany and Slovakia)Career changers with a strong interest in IT are also welcome
