Sie lösen komplexe technische Herausforderungen mit Leichtigkeit und haben Spaß daran, Kunden und Techniker auch in schwierigen Situationen technisch zu unterstützen? Außerdem finden Sie es spannend, aktiv Produktverbesserungen einzusteuern und Produkteinführungen im Sinne von Servicefreundlichkeit zu begleiten? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig

**IHRE AUFGABENBEREICHE**:

- Erster Ansprechpartner für Endkunden, OEM und Händler bei technischen Anfragen
- Schnittstelle zwischen dem Markt und internen Abteilungen bei Qualitätsthemen
- Einsteuerung und Verfolgung von getroffenen Maßnahmen am Markt
- Aktive Mitarbeit und Begleitung von Produkteinführungen, um die Markt
- bzw. Bedienersicht mit einfließen zu lassen und Servicefreundlichkeit zu gewährleisten

**IHRE QUALIFIKATION**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Meister oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik von Vorteil)
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Einsatz
- und Lernbereitschaft, Eigenständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen in komplexen (technischen) Zusammenhängen, Konstruktivität und Lösungsorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft < 10%
