Für unseren Auftraggeber, eine stark wachsende österreichische Retailbank, suchen wir für die Zentrale in Wien eine*n erfahrene*n, zuverlässige*n und teamfähige*n Bankcontroller*in für das Umsatz-/Erlöscontrolling sowie die Planung/Budgetierung.
Expert*in Bankcontrolling (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
Sie bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen zur Steuerung der Gesamtbank auf.
Sie sind für das Berichtswesen und die Ergebnisdarstellung der Gesamtbank, einschließlich Managementberichte, Planung/Budgetierung und Profitcenterrechnung sowie der Einzelgeschäfte (Vor- und Nachkalkulation) verantwortlich
Sie warten und entwickeln kalkulatorische Komponenten wie das FTP-Modell, Eigenkapitalkosten und Risikokosten weiter.
Die Erstellung fundierter Business Cases gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Tägliches Reporting zu Bestands- und Neugeschäft (Stückzahlen, Volumina, Zinssätze/Margen) ist Teil Ihrer Verantwortung.
Sie arbeiten kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens.
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Banking oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bankcontrolling.
Expertise im Umgang mit Controlling-Instrumenten des Allgemeinen Rechenzentrums (ARZ/TiGital), insbesondere ARCTIS Vorkalkulation und SAP PA (Profit Analyzer / Nachkalkulation).
Fundierte Erfahrung in Planung/Budgetierung und Soll-/Ist-Analyse im Bankbereich.
Know-how in der Automatisierung/Optimierung von Berichten und Prozessen, sowie im Umgang mit SAP BO/BOA wünschenswert.
Vertraut mit der Marktzinsmethode und Funds-Transfer-Pricing (FTP).
Kompetenz in der Einzelgeschäfts- und Kundenkalkulation bzw. Deckungsbeitragsrechnung (Nachkalkulation).
Kenntnisse in der Planung/Budgetierung von Zins- und Provisionsergebnissen.
Datenbank-Know-how und Erfahrung in der Berichtserstellung mit BI-Tools (insbesondere Power BI) von Vorteil.
Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie Freude an Datenanalysen und -aufbereitungen.
Kommunikationsstarke und proaktive Persönlichkeit, die mit ihrer lösungsorientierten sowie strukturierten Arbeitsweise punktet.
