Customer Lifecycle Servicing and Solutions is a newly set-up unit in the area of OE Daily Banking Services.

The team is responsible for different processes which has a direct impact on the customer experience of Erste Group customers, like Customer onboarding, review and offboarding of Corporates and Financial Institutes clients, Quality checks and corrections, acquiring missing documents, produce and provide Account Statements.

We drive the digitalization of those processes through our digital platform (eg. Business workflow engine) and integration with core banking system.

Your Tasks:

  • Designing, documenting and continuous improvement of processes in readable and processing way
  • Communicate new processes and changes to all stakeholders, processing teams and servicing partners
  • Responsible for driving digitalization of processes with focus on design and implement straight through processing and first time right
  • Work together with product
- and process owners to define long term targets for processes developments in particular digitalization

  • Improve processing time of transactions and timetomarket to reach expected benefits and KPIs
  • Participate in internal Erste Group Bank AG and Group wide projects in order to streamline processes
  • Collect actively customer feedback and use it for redesign and enhancements of End to end processes
  • Responsible and ensure implementation of process improvements
  • Act as Local Competence Center towards Ops processing, Savings Banks and captive Shared Service Centers (e.g. EGSS, sDG) and be responsible for structured knowledge transfer to these in particularly for changes in end to end processes and new services
  • Monitors and reports internal and external KPIs, steers service providers and ensures compliancy of processes
  • Ensures overall adherence to compliance
- and legal requirements, high quality standards and timelines

Your Background:

  • At least five years background in the banking industry, with a strong focus on corporate customers, strong process management or operations
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of KYC and legal requirements
  • Customer orientation
  • Great communication skills and you love to interact with people in an intercultural and divers environment
  • Act selfaccountable and solutionoriented with handson mindset
  • You have a positive, entrepreneurial and agile spirt and you like to accept challenges
  • Fluent in English and German
