Your Role:

As a Customer Success Manager at Prewave, you will:

  • Guide clients through onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
  • Support clients during ProofofConcept projects for a positive experience
  • Train users, share best practices, and optimize product use
  • Showcase product capabilities to clients to drive growth
  • Collaborate with clients, set project plans, and communicate feedback to the technical team
  • Monitor project progress, meet deadlines, and maintain customer data
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement based on their needs

Your Profile:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customerfacing experience
  • Techsavviness and familiarity with various technologies
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Valid work permit for Austria
  • Fluent in English and German

Bonus Skills:
  • Completed higher education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a technical or supply chain environment
  • Experience in procurement industry
