IHRE AUFGABEN
- Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen VIG Versicherungsgesellschaften
- Sparringpartner:in für die VIG Gesellschaften im Bereich der Kernprozesse der Personenversicherung (u.a. Produktentwicklung, Pricing, Underwriting, Schadenregulierung)
- Analyse der wichtigsten Kennzahlen im Bereich der Lebens
- und Krankenversicherung und Diskussion mit den VIG Gesellschaften
- Erkennen von implementierten "Technical Excellence" im Bereich der Lebens
- und Krankenversicherung in den operativen VIG Gesellschaften
- Ansprechpartner:in für versicherungstechnische Fragen innerhalb der VIG Holding
- Gestaltung und Koordination des Know-How-Transfers innerhalb der VIG Gruppe Offenheit für alle Themen, die mit Personenversicherung zusammenhängen
RETAIL INSURANCE & BUSINESS SUPPORT

IHR PROFIL
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Versicherungsgesellschaft im Bereich Lebens
- oder Krankenversicherung
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Underwriting oder Schadenregulierung
- Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit sowie Einführung von neuen Produkten und Kollaboration mit Vetriebspartner:innen
- Ausbildung in Versicherungsmathematik von Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte, selbständige, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in englischer Sprache, CEE Sprache von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft (vor allem im CEE-Raum)

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Vorgaben informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.436,86 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37,5 Stunden / Woche). Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich Ihr Gehalt an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert, weshalb wir das Gehalt gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen.
