IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung der operativen VIG Versicherungsgesellschaften zur Erreichung der "Technical Excellence" im Bereich Nicht-Leben/Retail
- Aktiver selbständiger Austausch mit den VIG Versicherungsgesellschaften über die Geschäftsentwicklungen in den Bereichen Nicht-Leben Versicherung/Retail
- Aktive Beratung der VIG Versicherungsgesellschaften zur Optimierung ihres Non-Life/Retail Portefeuilles, vor allem in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Pricing und Schadenregulierung
- Durchführung der versicherungstechnischen Risikoanalyse der Portefeuilles
- Aufbereitung unterschiedlicher Analysen und Unterlagen in Abstimmung mit dem Controlling
- Mitwirkung bei Due-Dilligance-Aktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei Optimierung der Schadensregulierung
- Gestaltung und Koordination des Know-how-Transfers innerhalb der VIG Gruppe

IHR PROFIL
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Versicherungsgesellschaft im Bereich Non-Life
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Underwriting oder Schadenregulierung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen oder innerhalb einer Versicherungsgruppe
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache, CEE Sprache von Vorteil
- Versicherungsmathematische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Unternehmerische und strategische Denkweise
- Lösungsorientierte, selbständige, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft (vor allem im CEE-Raum)

Basierend auf den Bestimmungen des Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt in Höhe von € 3.167,16 brutto. Selbstverständlich bieten wir aber eine marktkonforme Bezahlung, die Ihre Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung berücksichtigt.
