Als Project Manager übernehmen Sie die Rolle der Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Implementierungs
- und Rollout Projekten zur Transformation unserer Prozess-,Daten
- und ERP-Systemlandschaft. Darüber hinaus koordinieren und führen Sie fachlich Teams aus Projektmitarbeitern unterschiedlicher nationaler wie internationaler Einheiten und Standorte.
**AUFGABENBEREICHE**:
- Übernahme der Project Manager Rolle in Palfinger Implementierungs
- und Rollout Projekten
- Übernahme verschiedener anderer Rollen in Palfinger Implementierungs
- und Rollout Projekten wie Testmanager oder Cutovermanager
- Professionelle Projektplanung, -steuerung sowie -reporting
- Fachliches Führen und Koordinieren interdisziplinärer und internationaler Teams in Projekten
- Organisation sowie Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings und Workshops
- Weiterentwicklung von bei Palfinger eingesetzten Projektmanagement
- und Rollout Methoden und Tools
- Koordination von Mitarbeiter:innen unterschiedlicher Einheiten und Bereiche sowie externer Partner im Rahmen von Projekten sowie bei der Spezifizierung von Anforderungen aus Rollout Einheiten
**QUALIFIKATIONEN**:
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten in einem Konzern oder vergleichbaren Organisationen
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools (klassische und agile)
- Erfahrung im Management von externen Partnern
- Kaufmännisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- ERP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, selbstständige, lösungs
- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohes Engagement und Flexibilität
- Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 20 %)
