- Als Senior Projektleiter verantworten Sie die Gesamtprojektleitung in einer dieser drei Bereiche -> Abwärmenutzung, Agglomeration oder elektrische Stahlerzeugung
- Sie definieren Projektphasen sowie Arbeitspakete, steuern diese aktiv und behalten in allen Projektphasen den Überblick fürs große Ganze
- Innerhalb Ihres Projektteams steuern Sie die Ressourcen effizient, um die Einhaltung der Projektziele zu gewährleisten
- Laufendes Monitoring von terminlichen, budgetären und qualitativen Projektzielen sowie Reporting
- In Ihrer Position als Projektleiter fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle in technischen und kaufmännischen Themenbereichen zu Kunden, internen Partnern wie auch Lieferanten
- Weiters sind Sie im Rahmen Ihrer Projekte für ein vorausschauendes Risiko- und Changemanagement verantwortlich
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI), vorzugsweise Maschinen-/Anlagenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Anlagenbau wünschenswert
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 %)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind eine flexible, kommunikationsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu leiten
- Durchsetzungsstärke und Hands on Mentalität
