**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen die Betreuung und fachlichen Beratung von Meinungsbildnern und Spezialisten der Fachrichtungen Onkologie, Urologie und Pulmologie in Tirol und Vorarlberg hinsichtlich eines spannenden Produkt-Portfolios in der Onkologie.

In dieser anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie verantwortlich, die Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfassen und zu analysieren sowie Strategien/Lösungen für Ihr Gebiet und entsprechende Accounts zu entwickeln, und dabei die Marktposition in Ihrem Gebiet kontinuierlich auszubauen.

Sie beobachten und analysieren das Marktgeschehen, erkennen Trends und reagieren schnell auf Veränderungen im Markt und übernehmen marktorientierte Projektaufgaben. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing und Medical Team ist für Sie selbstverständlich.

Zudem repräsentieren Sie unser Unternehmen bei regionalen, überregionalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen und Kongressen.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Die abgeschlossene Pharmareferentenausbildung oder ein adäquates Studium und mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Key Account Manager/Therapeutic Area Specialist, idealerweise in der Onkologie/Klinikbereich
- Sie sind eine dynamische Persönlichkeit mit dem Willen zum Erfolg
- Sie sind resultat-orientiert und damit eine verhandlungs
- und abschlussstarke Persönlichkeit
- Sie haben eine einnehmende Art und verfügen über sehr gute kommunikative und soziale Fähigkeiten
- Sie sind strategisch, wissen, was Sie langfristig zum Erfolg führt und zeichnen sich durch hohes Ownership aus
- Die Arbeit mit CRM-Tools sowie Segmentation und Targeting sind Ihnen in Ihrer täglichen Arbeit vertraut
- Gute Englisch-, MS Office-Kenntnisse und der Umgang mit modernen digitalen Methoden sind für Sie selbstverständlich

Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt € 60.000;
- mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
