Aqipa vertreibt und vermarktet Produkte im Bereich Consumer Electronics und ist weiterhin auf Wachstumskurs. Daher suchen wir nach motivierten Mitarbeiter: innen, die gemeinsam mit unserem Team internationale Erfolgsgeschichte schreiben.
Aufgaben
- Organisation und Buchung von Reisen für Mitarbeiter: innen (Flüge, Mietwagen, Bahntickets, Hotels, Restaurants etc.)
- Beantragung von Reisevisa in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden
- Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen für Firmentarife bezüglich Hotels, Mietfahrzeugen etc.
- Organisation und Umsetzung von nationalen und internationalen Messen und Fachveranstaltungen in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und der Marketingabteilung
- Begleitung des Vertriebsteams zu Messen und Fachveranstaltungen bei Bedarf inkl. Übernahme der Betreuung der Messestände und des Equipments sowie weitere organisatorische Tätigkeiten vor Ort
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern zu allen Messeagenden von der Angebotseinholung bis zur Rechnungskontrolle
- Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Geschäftspartner: innen und Visitenkarte nach außen
- Herstellung einer angenehmen Atmosphäre in unseren Räumlichkeiten mit Stilsicherheit und einem ausgezeichneten Blick für Details
Qualifikation
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Touristik oder Spedition
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Reise
- und/oder Veranstaltungsmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Geografie-Kenntnisse sowie Freude am Organisieren
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Überzeugendes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie diplomatisches Geschick
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
