**Administrative Assistant, Part-time 50% (f/m/d), Sandoz B2B, Kundl/Kufstein, Austria**
**Your key responsibilities**:
General commercial & administrative support for selected B2B Leadership Team members (Head Global Sales, Head Product Transformation) incl. dealing with administrative and organizational assignments independently
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organization of business travels incl. T&E, meetings, and visits
- Acts as contact person for B2B employees for other administrative support matters
- Coordination of office and IT supplies, including SRM orders, ticketing tool and other services
- Informs, advises, and supports the B2B team & associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines services that are specific to the department
- Executes processes in own area of responsibility: Initiates new processes or modification of processes and coordinates the introduction of new or modified processes.
- Manages administrative projects (mainly CPHI)
- Maintains accurate and up to date working procedures
- Monitors operational activities within the B2B team to strengthen process & sales excellence

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:
- Commercial academy (HAK) or comparable education respectively
- Good command of spoken and written English and German
- Preferably some years of professional experience in administrative support
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across different hierarchal levels
- Strong communication skills
- Strong results orientation
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of sales / commercial processes
- Results oriented working style
- Work experience in international environment / team is an advantage

For this position the minimum salary is € 39.625 /year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
