Group Procurement Assistant

Your duties & responsibilities:


The position is an essential part of our Group Procurement Team, having the goal to support both the Executive Vice President (EVP) Group Procurement and the Team with the ongoing daily business and tasks.


Among the main responsibilities, one can find:

Personal Assistant to the EVP Group Procurement

  • General personal assistant duties, among which: coordination of travel arrangements and events; managing expenses; managing adhoc requests

Back office & Administrative support to the Group Procurement Department

  • General administrative support for the Department in its daily business
  • General follow up and coordination on Procurement projects (e.g. collection of information)
  • Data Maintenance (collection, cleaning, updating, formating e.g. in excel)
  • Preparation of smaller reports (analysis) taking care of ad hoc requests

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor/ Master Degree) in relevant studies: International Business, Economics, Business Administration
  • Min.3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international company.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written skills). Any other language will be considered a strong advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel
  • High level of interpersonal skills (communication, stakeholder managment and collaborative spirit)
  • Good level of data processing skills
  • Team & solutionoriented, and flexible personality
  • Willingness to learn & grow into the position and beyond
  • Proactiveness & curiosity

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to € 42.255,92 plus overpayment (for full time).

The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Working hours: Full time (38.5h/week)
  • Job location: Vienna, Austria (hybrid working model)
