YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are responsible for creation the yearly channel plan, including key projects as well as monitoring the strategy implementation
  • Providing meaningful yearly targets, developing of reports analysis and insights on progress
  • You are the single point of contact for the finance team in relation to the functions budget
  • Maintain activity deployment to ensure a consistent omnichannel execution
  • You lead key strategic commercial projects and allocate resources within your team
  • You are responsible for leading, coaching and developing of the commercial planning team

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or similar
  • You have senior experience in Commercial, Business Development, Finance or similar
  • You have leadership experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a targeted manner, as well as a successfully passed our career assessment center (CAC)
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • German is a plus
  • You are organized, detailed oriented, strategic thinking, resourceful, affinity for numbers and strong in managing processes and systems in a fastpaced environment
