**Ihre Perspektive?** In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Sicherstellung aller Payroll
- & HR-Adminprozesse sowie für die Führung des gesamten Shared Service Center-Teams verantwortlich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße und pünktliche Payroll sowie alle HR-administrativen Abläufe nach den gültigen internen, kollektivvertraglichen, arbeits-, lohnsteuer
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Regelungen
- Führung des HR Shared Services-Teams mit dem Ziel, die Serviceleistung für die internen Kund:innen stetig zu verbessern
- Betreuung und Bearbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Optimierung, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalsysteme zur Unterstützung der Shared-Service-Struktur im HR-Bereich
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in den Personalsystemen sowie Mitarbeit an diversen HR-Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt im Personalmanagement oder Arbeitsrecht
- mindestens 8-10 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, davon mindestens 5 Jahre als Führungskraft
- fundierte Kenntnisse der Personalverrechnung, von HR-Administrationsprozessen und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse sowie DPW/Sage-Kenntnisse
- hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Führungskompetenz sowie Entscheidungsstärke verbunden mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und einer Teamplayermentalität
