**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen, insbesondere dem Vertrieb, während des Vertragsprozesses bei Angebotserstellung, Vertragsverhandlung und -realisierung
- Bewertung der rechtlichen Risiken in Angeboten und Verträgen
- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Fachabteilungen beim Einkauf von Leistungen (back2back) und während der Vertragsausführung (Claim-Management)
- Verwaltung aller Verträge des Unternehmens
- Gestaltung von internen Handlungsrichtlinien (Code of Conduct)
- Interne Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um das Thema Datenschutz

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsrechts oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement oder im Einkauf, idealerweise in einem IT-Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertragsgestaltung und IT-Vertragsrecht
- Ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge
- Freude an strukturierter, analytischer und verantwortungsvoller Arbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Und natürlich: Großes Interesse an IT-Security
