Ihre Aufgaben

Lead Qualification & Management

  • Answer prospects' questions, educating them about our offering and product portfolio
  • Qualify prospects, collecting information about their challenges and/or need, and available investment
  • Filter prospects based on qualification criteria (BANT criteria, plus Kardex's Operational Performance Indicators
  • OPIs) and handover opportunities to the sales teams
  • Manage data entry and data transfer between the CRM systems HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Monitor lead pipeline volume of inbound inquiries and speed with which prospects move down the sales funnel (become a customer)
  • Deliver reports about the health of the lead pipeline to the MarCom Managers and to the sales teams in CEEU
Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Work closely with the MarCom managers, using the themes from our marketing campaigns in your oneonone communication with prospects
  • Deliver datadriven feedback about how the marketing campaigns are received by prospects, helping the MarCom managers to optimize the broadcasted messages
  • Create and maintain a FAQdocument about our offering and how it solves the challenges/needs of our prospects
Ihr Profil

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (lead qualification engineer, lead qualification specialist, sales development representative
  • SDR, presales representative, and/or inside sales representative) based on a higher education degree or a apprenticeship
  • High level of selfmotivation, and selforganization coupled with a goal
- and results-oriented approach

  • Curious, teamoriented, and empathetic

  • C1 Level


 German
  • C1 Level


 Additional CEEU language
  • Hungarian, Romanian or Turkish at B2 Level
  • Expert user knowledge of CRM systems HubSpot and Salesforce is required
  • Previous experience in logistics and/or intralogistics is advantageous
