Omnichannel Specialist (f/m/d), Vienna, Austria

Your key responsibilities:

  • Partners with and works crossfunctionally with commercial TAs, Medical Leads and Customer Portfolio Team on priority brands/ value brands, providing thought leadership in omnichannel transformation/digital excellence, personalized customer interaction and engagement, to accelerate the adoption of Novartis products
  • The OC Specialist gives guidance on the OCE strategy and will be responsible for the operational execution of the OC approach incl. content management for dedicated TAs
  • Instrumental in designing focused strategic OCE approaches to address a customer need and/or a business opportunity based on thorough insights and analysis, ideally scale able across TAs
  • Drives effective localization of our global digital / NGE platforms and drives cross brand digital engagement in terms of channels, cross brand content and social media.
  • Ensures delivery of compliant, efficient, and highquality deliverables
  • Takes initiative to drive standardization of workstreams and screens for synergies across brands

Minimum Requirements:

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree in business or digital communication. Advanced degree in business, and/or management, digital/ e-commerce marketing, bioscience
  • Very good German and English skills
  • 3+ years of experience in crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to orchestrate different workstreams in parallel/ project management skills
  • Experience in driving impactful OCE innovation in the Austrian market
  • Welldeveloped understanding of digital trends & solutions, technology platform and products
  • Industry experience is a plus

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning. The applicable salary according to internal guidelines will therefore be at least € € annual base salary on a full time basis).
