Company Description:

We are looking for a Business Process Analysis and Improvement specialist to strengthen our Process Excellence team at the global Red Bull headquarters in Salzburg, Austria.


In this position, you'll support the business as process analysis expert to drive process optimization utilizing process data analyses based on state-of-the-art process mining technologies.

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements, combine data from different source systems, define data requirements, analyze information and identify and drive process improvements.

You'll act as a coach for the business regarding improvement of the business processes.

PROCESS MINING
In this role you'll maintain regular process data analyses based on process mining technologies.

ANALYZE BUSINESS PROCESSES & NEEDS
You'll connect data from different source systems and define data requirements, performance indicators and analyses with your business counterparts.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
You'll also collaborate with the business to define, measure, analyze, improve, and monitor process optimizations with the business.

ROLLOUT & TRAINING
You'll coordinate, test and roll out new data analysis developments and enhancements. You'll also train end users on new tools and carry out workshops with key users from the Business. Finally, you'll maintain standard work documentation, user handouts & training materials.

Qualifications:

4-6 years relevant work experience in process management, process improvement and data analysis

Proven experience driving process improvement, preferably through methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen

Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data, which may lead to less obvious conclusions

High affinity to IT systems especially strong familiarity with business process software and process mining tools (Celonis)

End user knowledge for ERP systems like SAP, Business Objects, BI is an advantage

Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms

Willingness to learn, to accept challenges and work in a team environment

Result and performance oriented
