Executive Board area as part of our succession planning at our Headquarters in
Leoben (Austria).


Assistant to Member of the Executive Board (f/m/d):

We are seeking a professional and passionate Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to act as the first point of contact for our Executive Board Member/Executive Vice President (EVP).

As such, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining all appointments and schedules, and ensuring timely administrative support in a professional manner.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary global executive level contact for the Executive Vice President (EVP)
  • Take initiative to represent and act professionally on behalf of the EVP during his absence (i.e. deal with matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate person)
  • Proactively intercommunicate and work effectively with other departments and staff
  • Organise meetings/conference calls, prepare meeting presentations, take minutes, and manage all details such as room reservations, agendas, catering and attendee updates
  • Organise travel and other related arrangements for the EVP
  • Monitor progress and report to EVP on regular basis

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with several years of experience in similar Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment, take directions and follow up as required
  • High sense of duty, diligence and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills, willingness to cooperate and communicate across all AT&S sites, functions and departments
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
