What you can expect

Main point of contact for all IS&T relevant topics in HR

Responsible for defining the annual roadmap to implementation of the IS&T portfolio

Budget responsibility and preparation of budget and project proposals

Close cooperation with the business department and the solution analyst

Administrative project-related tasks (coordination of meetings, scheduling)

What you bring with you

Completed studies (FH, university) in the fields of information technology or applied computer science

At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable IS&T role and industry

Technical knowledge in ERP

Business management knowledge and process knowledge in an industrial environment

Understanding and experience of HR processes

Good German and English language skills

Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting

The minimum salary for this position is € 53.068,12 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry.

An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
