We are looking for an Assistant (M/F/d) for Group Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at our location in Vienna on a full-time basis.


Your Tasks

  • Communication with worldwide QHSE Organization
  • Supporting the Head of Group Quality, Safety and Environmental Management in all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Proactive followup of goals
  • Organization of global meetings both face to face and online (hotel & travel arrangements etc.)
  • Arrangement and participation at global calls including moderation as well as preparation of meeting notes
  • Generation and analysis of reportings
  • Creation and update of QHSE documents (Power Point presentations etc.)
  • Updates on Global QHSE Sharepoint page

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education (Environmental education beneficial)
  • Several years of experience in a similar role beneficial
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams)
  • Good Sharepoint knowledge
  • SAP knowledge beneficial
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Independent and accurate way of working
  • High degree of reliability and flexibility
  • Discreet handling of sensitive topics and confidential information
  • Professional appearance

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 2.965,43 for this position.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
