IHRE AUFGABEN:

- Ein
- und Auslagerung und Bearbeitung von Sendungen
- Durchführung der täglichen Lager-Inventur und Aufzeigen von Abweichungen
- Retournierung von Sendungen unter Einhaltung der Fristen
- Durchführung von Nachforschungen (z.B. unbekannte Absender/Empfänger) und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reklamationen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen (auch Beschwerden, Reklamationen)
- Durchführung von Zollbeschauen

IHR PROFIL:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HASCH)
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute PC Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel)
- Kenntnisse der Gefahrgutrichtlinien von Vorteil
