**Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Leadership**:Support the Management in the day-to-day management of the leadership team and office operations. Serve as the Shareholder and CEO primary point of contact, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.
- ** Decision-Making Support**:Assist in decision-making processes by providing relevant information and ensuring effective communication with other departments. Prepare and present reports, data, and research on various topics related to company operations and growth.
- ** Project Management**:Oversee and manage a variety of strategic initiatives and special projects from conception through implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- ** Operational Efficiency**:Facilitate and streamline operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the CEO’s initiatives and organizational goals.
