Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für Verfügbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität mechanischer Anlagen im Bereich rotierender Anlagen und Ventile.
  • Sicherstellung der Durchführung, Spezifikation, Planung, Überwachung und Qualitätssicherung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung mechanischer Wartungstätigkeiten bei Turnarounds.
  • Durchführung von Wartungsprojekten und Beteiligung an Investitionsprojekten als Fachexperte für rotierende Geräte und Ventile.
  • Optimierung mechanischer Prozesse und Vorschriften für Effektivität und Effizienz.
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher und interner Bestimmungen zu Arbeitssicherheit, Prozesssicherheit und Umwelt.
  • Strategische Planung und Steuerung des Wartungsbudgets für rotierende Anlagen und Ventile.
  • Leistungsmanagement des örtlichen Maschinenbauers.
  • Teamführung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung zur Leistungsoptimierung.
Ihr Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss (Master/Diplom) im Maschinenbau.
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau.
  • Grundkenntnisse im Rotationsapparate- und Ventilbau sowie im SAP-System.
  • Vertrautheit mit Industrienormen und Zustandsüberwachungssystemen.
  • Gute Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Teamplayer mit exzellenten Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen.
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
