Was sind deine Aufgaben?

Als Key Project Manager:in bist du für das aktive Management sowie die Validierung der Projektpipeline verantwortlich und übernimmst folgenden Aufgabenbereich:

-) Operative Steuerung und interne Koordinierung von Großprojekten im Hochbau und Industrieanlagenbau
-) Beratung und Betreuung von Investor:innen, Bauträger:innen und Stadtentwickler:innen in frühen Projektphasen
-) Platzierung von Hilti Produkten, Services und Softwarelösungen
-) Identifizierung zukünftiger Fokusprojekte durch Marktbeobachtung und Potenzialeinschätzung
-) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Engineering Abteilung bei technischen Anwendungen zur Erarbeitung projektspezifischer Lösungen
-) Koordination der Projektbearbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, um einen erfolgreichen Abschluss der Projekte zu gewährleisten

Was du mitbringst:

Abgeschlossenes Studium Wirtschaft oder Technik Berufserfahrung mit sehr gutem Netzwerk in der Baubranche/ Industrie wünschenswert Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und starkes Auftreten auf Augenhöhe mit Investor:innen Vertriebsaffinität und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Gute PC-Anwendungskenntnisse (CAD, MS Office) und erste Erfahrungen mit BIM wünschenswert Starken Lernwillen und Lust auf neue Herausforderungen Hohe nationale Reisebereitschaft

Du bringst optimalerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Koordination von Großprojekten im Hoch- und Industrieanlagenbau mit und kannst dadurch deine gezielten Aktivitäten aufbauen, dann bist du genau richtig bei uns.

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Vollzeitposition beträgt mindestens EUR 55.000,- (hinzu kommt noch ein variabler Bonus, abhängig von der Zielerreichung sowie ein Dienstauto zur privaten Nutzung). Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung gegeben. Zusätzlich kommen noch zahlreiche Benefits dazu.
