Your new challenges which will inspire you:
- Supporting and leading improvement initiatives by setting up goal metrics and refine target metrics along with the site management team
- Translates Operational Excellence needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful project completion
- Provides input for local roadmap aligned with corporate OE and site management team
- Gives trainings to assist employees with obstacles in the Operational Excellence transformation
- Participate in providing guidance for continuous improvement by conducting/leading analysis and recommending effective solutions
Your profile that will convince us:
- Completed University degree in Technical science, natural science or business studies (or related)
- Project management and Change Management skills are beneficial
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence is required (mostly lean)
- GMP knowledge is an advantage
- Strength in communication and presentation in German, English is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (MIRO, minitab, Visio are beneficial)
- Strong problem solving skills as well as organizational strength
- Open for change & strong interest to connect with people and different stakeholders
