Fleet Support Specialist

Job description:
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Purchasing and booking-in of aircraft components (Traxxall software)
- Performing the incoming inspection of aircraft components in accordance with EASA regulations
- Allocation/management of aircraft components in the storage
- Monitoring and keeping our aircraft components storage organized, uptodate and stockedup
- Logistics management
- Processing repair and warranty claims (core and exchange parts)
- Management of tool calibrations
- Preparing shipments to external maintenance facilities and storages
- Performing annual inventory counts in the storage
- Closely working together with the maintenance teams, suppliers, and partners
- Heavy lifting required occasionally
- Other duties assigned on a needed basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in aviation, storekeeping/warehouse work and materials storage management a plus
- Knowledge of import/export regulation and customs clearance a plus
- Technical/mechanical understanding a plus
- Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate work according to operational demands
- Highly selfmotivated with a proactive and independent approach to work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible approach to work to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends and overtime may be required)
- IT proficiency, MS-Office, and Outlook
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written (English is the company language), German or any additional language a plus
- Valid driving license.
- Must have the right to live and work in Austria
