Aufgrund des starken Wachstums wird am Standort St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde ein erfahrener und engagierter Director Operations (M/F/d) gesucht.

Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilungen Produktion, Industrial Engineering, Logistik & Sourcing
- Steuerung, Monitoring und Reporting der Kennzahlen
- Gruppenweite Optimierung im Bereich Logistik & Sourcing
- Implementierung eines Performance Management Systems
- Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Budgetierung, Investitionsplanung, Kostenkontrolle
- Prozessoptimierung der Organisationsstrukturen für Österreich, Rumänien und Türkei

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Betriebswirtschaftliche und/oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Produktion, Werksleitung bzw. Standortleitung
- Hohe Kenntnisse im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Lean
- und Qualitätsmanagement und Supply Chain Management
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Strategisches, strukturiertes sowie lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Eigenständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
- Operatives Mindset, Hands On

**Vergütung**: ab € brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
