Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist "first face" im Kundenkontakt und Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Autohero im Customer & Service Center Wien.
- Du bietest Kunden und Kundinnen nicht nur einen ausgezeichneten Service, sondern überzeugst auch mit deiner sympathischen Persönlichkeit.
- Fahrzeugübergabe: Du übergibst die vorab verkauften Autos an ihre neuen Besitzer*innen und klärst noch etwaige Fragen zum Fahrzeug.
- Du gehst vor Ort proaktiv in den Dialog mit unserer Kundschaft, klärst Fragen rund um Autohero und bereitest so eventuelle Verkaufsgespräche vor.
- Du unterstützt unsere Verkaufsberater*innen in Verkaufsgesprächen und sorgst durch deinen kompetenten Auftritt für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
Was bringst Du mit?
- Du bist kunden
- und serviceorientiert, kannst sehr gut auf dein Gegenüber eingehen und besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und besitzt idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung.
- Du teilst unsere Begeisterung für die Automobilbranche, sowie unsere Produkte und punktest durch Eigeninitiative und eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist flexibel und besitzt eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, sowie eine hohe Affinität zu neuen Technologien, IT-Trends und Innovationen.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
