Your responsibilities:

  • Central point of contact on import, export, and trade-related issues
  • Point of contact for third parties regarding Trade Compliance issues
  • Responsible for the application and control of export licenses, to the EU and third country markets
  • Support and supervision of sub-regional Trade Compliance Manager
  • Development and maintenance of internal Trade Compliance rules and policies
  • Training of affected employees of GROHE Holding Subgroup
  • Monitoring of export activities to identify potential Trade Compliance issues
  • Monitoring of changes in local Export and Trade Control regulations
  • Definition of mitigating measures to address specific risks
  • Ensure compliance with the due diligence process required for selected business partners
  • Organize and support internal Trade Compliance Audits
  • Regular communication and information on Trade Compliance
  • Ensure the availability of instructions in the local language

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies or a commercial apprenticeship preferably with a specialization in customs and/or foreign trade
  • 5+ years professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications or equivalents
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Structured and organized way of working
