Associate Director People & Culture (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Beratung und Coaching hinsichtlich Organisations-, Personal- und Nachfolgeplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Cluster Management, Begleitung von Teambuildingmaßnahmen und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Begleitung, Gestaltung sowie Steuerung aller relevanten HR-Prozesse und Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Lifecycle, u. a. Personal(kosten)planung, Recruiting, Onboarding, Personalentwicklung, Mitarbeitendengespräche, Personalfreisetzung
  • Entwicklung von Techniken der Best Practice zur Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse, elementarer Treiber der lokalen Roadmap People und Culture
  • Koordination und Kommunikation von HR-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit dem globalen und lokalen Team People und Culture, Übernahme von Projekttätigkeit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden weltweit
  • professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie Umsetzung und Durchführung neuer Betriebsvereinbarungen

Profil
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Vertiefung in HR-Management
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im HR-Management sowie umfangreiches HR-Generalisten-Know-how entlang des kompletten Employee Lifecycle inklusive der Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmendenvertretungen
  • gute Kenntnisse in Umgang mit HR-IT-Systemen, z. B. SuccessFactors, Workday
  • gute, im internationalen Kontext erprobte Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsvermögen und Know-how im Konfliktmanagement kombiniert mit einer hohen Problemlösungskompetenz und einer pragmatischen Herangehensweise
  • Neugierde, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Empathie und eine Can-Do-Attitude
  • Teamgeist und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen, gepaart mit einem Verständnis unternehmerischer Ziele und Strategien
  • Reisebereitschaft
