**Zusammenfassung der vakanten Position**:
Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt als weitere Verstärkung für unser Group Accounting Team eine(n) "Associate Director - Group Accounting" (m/w/d, 40 Stunden pro Woche). In dieser Position gestalten Sie die Finanzberichterstattung des Konzerns samt Konsolidierung mit, unterstützen mit Ihrem Fachwissen bei der fachlichen Leitung der Group Accounting Teams, leiten Accounting-, Tax
- und ERP- Projekte sowie Prozessoptimierungen, und helfen mit, einen reibungslosen Ablauf der kaufmännischen Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft sicherzustellen. Wir wenden uns daher an proaktive und engagierte Persönlichkeiten mit mehrjähriger fundierter Berufserfahrung aus einem Konzern oder der Wirtschaftsprüfung, die den nächsten Schritt in ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn gehen wollen.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen (US-GAAP & UGB)
- Mitarbeit bei der Veröffentlichung der (Finanz-) Berichterstattung (SEC-Filing)
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Konsolidierung und Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Übernahme einzelner Bilanzierungs-Teilbereiche iZm unseren Abschlussarbeiten
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und SOX-Auditoren im Rahmen der quartalsweisen Reviews und Audits
- Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Steuerung der Teams Accounting, Zahlungsverkehr/Liquiditätsmanagement und Internal Controls
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes der kaufmännischen Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung bei der Lösung von US-GAAP Bilanzierungsfragen und Überwachung der aktuellen Entwicklung der US-GAAP und SEC Standards inkl. der Erstellung von Accounting Memos und Dokumentationen (SOX / IKS, etc.)
- Leitung und aktive Mitarbeit von Prozessoptimierungen und Projekten im Bereich Group Accounting
- Potentielle Übernahme einer Key-User-Funktion in SAP ByDesign

**Ihr Profil, Ihre Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung (zB. betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz-, Rechnungs
- und Steuerwesen)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen nach oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld und börsennotiertem Unternehmen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich internationale Rechnungslegung (IFRS, US-GAAP)
- Erfahrung in der Führung von MitarbeiterInnen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office; SAP- bzw. ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Exzellentes Zeit-Management zur Erfüllung von Aufgaben innerhalb teils enger Zeitvorgaben
- Teamorientierung, Flexibilität sowie "Hands-on Mentalität"
- Selbständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten
