new venture, aimed at further amplifying our collective efforts in social innovation and change.
About the Role:
In your capacity as the Project Lead for Europe-Wide Social Innovation, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious new project.
In the upcoming new entity,your role will be crucial in amplifying and extending social impact throughout the European Caritas network. This position is not just about managing projects; it's about driving change and making a tangible difference in communities throughout Europe, guided by the values and mission of the Caritas organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct in-depth evaluations across various Caritas organizations to identify and analyze needs, challenges, and opportunities for social innovation.

Evaluation of Innovation/Innovative Solutions: Scout and assess potential existing innovative solutions that address identified needs. Ensure selected solutions are aligned with our mission and have the potential for high impact.

Project Management: Lead and manage the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including Caritas organizations, innovators, and community leaders. Ensure open lines of communication and foster collaborative partnerships.

Strategic Influence: Actively participate in strategic discussions, contributing insights and ideas that shape our new venture's direction and priorities. Your input will be crucial in developing long-term strategies and operational plans.
Dein Profil:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, needs assessment, and stakeholder engagement, preferably, though not mandatory, in a nonprofit or social innovation context
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex projects and make evidencebased decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and building collaborative relationships
- A passion for social change and an understanding of the European social innovation landscape
- Having experience working with or within social service providers is beneficial, though not mandatory
- Fluency in German and English is required; Proficiency in Spanish is a very valuable asset, given our extensive work within Spanishspeaking regions and communities
